Blue Dog Laser Engraving LLC – Terms and Conditions 

1. General Agreement By placing an order with Blue Dog Laser Engraving LLC (“the Company”), the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all sales, engraving services, and communications between the Company and the Client.

2. Custom Engraving Disclaimer All engraving work is performed according to the specifications provided by the Client. The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, and text before production. Once approved, Blue Dog Laser Engraving LLC is not liable for errors, typos, or design inaccuracies that were present in the approved proof.

3. Customer-Supplied Items Clients may choose to provide their own items for engraving. In such cases: - The Company assumes no responsibility for damage or loss that may occur during the engraving process due to defects, coatings, or inconsistencies in the material. - All customer-supplied items are provided at the Client’s own risk. - The Client acknowledges that engraving processes (laser, mechanical, or otherwise) may produce variations in tone, depth, or texture based on the material properties. Advertising Use of Customer-Supplied Items By submitting any item for engraving, the Client grants Blue Dog Laser Engraving LLC full permission to photograph, display, and use images of the finished engraved product—including customer-supplied items—for marketing, promotional, portfolio, and advertising purposes (online, print, or digital) without further notice or compensation. If the Client wishes to opt out, they must notify the Company in writing before production begins.

4. Artwork and Intellectual Property The Client affirms they hold the rights to use any logos, images, text, or designs submitted for engraving. Blue Dog Laser Engraving LLC assumes no liability for copyright or trademark violations arising from materials provided by the Client.

5. Production and Turnaround Times Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload, material availability, and project complexity. Rush orders may incur additional fees. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond its control.

6. Payment Terms Full payment is due before production unless otherwise arranged in writing. All sales are final once engraving has begun. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or electronic payment as approved by the Company.

7. Returns and Refunds Because engraved items are custom and permanent, all sales are final. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be provided except in cases of Company error.

8. Liability In no event shall Blue Dog Laser Engraving LLC be held liable for damages exceeding the cost of the engraving service performed. The Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Shipping and Delivery Shipping costs, insurance, and handling fees are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise stated. The Company is not liable for damage or loss that occurs during transit.

10. Force Majeure The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, equipment failure, or transportation issues.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Rutherford County, North Carolina. 12. Acceptance By engaging with Blue Dog Laser Engraving LLC, submitting payment, or approving artwork, the Client confirms understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
